Executive Function Skills in Nonverbal Learning Disability and Asperger Syndrome
This workshop is divided into two interrelated parts. First, the executive function difficulties that are unique to learners with Nonverbal Learning Disability and Asperger's Syndrome will be identified. Based on this characterization, in part two, the principles of effective executive function based instruction will be taught to help these students learn explicit strategies to:

Be more effective at decision making and prioritizing

Increase pacing skills for successful self regulation
